Hi
I've new subscription signed on May 5th. Why I have to pay again? and my subscription start April 5?
I don't understand.
Please check my subscription cycle.

You pay every 30 days, not by calendar month.
So it think it is correct what you were charged?

@cndkim Are you saying that you only signed up with Public Mobile on May 5th but your account says you started on April 5? When was your latest payment, was it May 5 and now you are being asked to pay again?

I'm assuming that you mean June 5 as a plan end date, but a plan that starts on May 5 doesn't end on June 5. A plan starting on May 5th only goes until the end of June 3 with the plan renewing on June 4.

A plan that started on April 5th only goes until the end of May 4. Getting charged on again on May 5th is correct.

If you activated your SIM on May 5 then your service will start on April 5 and ends May 5 because PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle.

@cndkim Where do you see this info? Please login to your account and provide screenshot or payment history info so we can assist further. You should see the currently cycle date for your subscription. Payment page should show you the upcoming payment details.
