Resolved! Invalid Account Number - Must Be 13 Numeric Digits

Trying to enter my old Virgin account number and saying it has to be 13 digits when it is only 9 from Virgin Mobile. I could put the IMEI but says it can be slower so I prefer not to. Can't find info anywhere!Thank you.
