eSIM Error message!

I am an existing Public Mobile customer moving from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I am trying to purchase/install a replacement eSIM through the Public Mobile app on the new phone, but I receive an error. My existing eSIM is still active on my iPhone 13. I need the existing number and subscription moved to a new eSIM on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I tried buying an eSIM on my 14 pro max but after completing the purchase the public mobile gave multiple error messages and wouldn’t active the eSIM, any help is appreciated

hi @Excrabular your current eSIM still working? then PM system has not as really setup the new one for you

Try again in an hour.  If PM charges you, pay first but ask them for reimbursement

This has been an issue in the last few hours. Not sure why. But go into your settings under carrier, see if it's there and if it is, then set it as primary, reboot your phone. If it's not there, reboot the phone, open the app and try to purchase again. Make sure your phone has a good WiFi connection.
