Resolved! Wrong plan

My plan ended so I tried to change plans then pay, I selected the the 40 dollar plan with two gigs of data and entered my payment voucher pin but instead of switching the plan it reactivated my old plan, help needed

Billing. Why is it more than my plan?

I prepay with visa for 3 months. My bill is $75.00. Why does my visa bill show $84.00 paid? If there were extras or taxes, should that not be reflected in the bill?

I just started with PublicMobile. I activated my SIM and it worked for about 4 hours and then suddenly my phone (IPhone 6s) reports No SIM. Does this mean the SIM broke after the 4 hours?
