Unable to play the messages other left for me. Even though I followed the automated instructions to press "11" many times, there's no re-play. Not to mention that I was not allowed to play the voice mail even the first time. Please advise and fix.

Great, thanks so much for your reply!! So, I can just directly call the HK number of my relative? I had been so used to using calling card which always requires me to call another number before I key in the HK number.
