I joined publicmobile and went with someone else 6 days after.my credit card was charged so I need to be reimbursed.so frustrated that I cannot speak to anyone

I signed up yesterday,and I ported my phone# today,I am now entitled to 3 more GB of data

I send a private message to the moderator over a week ago and have yet to receive a reply.

I tried to port the # yesterday but was unable to because I needed information from Virgin but it was closed.
