Hi . I am trying to port my number but there is no box to enter the old account number.And the transfer keeps failing. Also the pin is a password on the old account, not 4 digits.Anyone have a helpful idea on how to complete the transfer?

Resolved! Different Payment Due Dates on Overview and My Plan and Add Ons Pages

Noticed soon after changing plan, the Overview page shows a payment due date 29 days later, whereas the My Plan and Add Ons page shows the correct 30 days later date.  Can go back and forth between the two pages, the difference is consistent.
