I bought a top up card at Walmart and trying to ad it and says used... this is so stupid not having anyone u can live chat with... I need this phone working asap for my daughter
i cant get passed step 1,,, and this cell number i have had for years and bill is paid and others have ported theres with none paid bills i am confusted... i messaged them hoping to fix it as i am going out in a few hours
