@dkeddyDid you try using 611 or are you using self serve on your browser? Try clearing your browser cache / use private browsing / incognitro if online. Make sure its the right code the voucher pin is 12 digits.
Sometimes vouchers also take time to become active. So it may be working in a few moments or hours
