I bought a new sim card and I was trying to register that sim and payment were deducted from my credit card when I click on activate that time It was generated an error message and I tried again register but it shows invalid sim card so can you please provide contact # where I can contact by calling.

If they can not resolve the issue, it will be escalated to another department and someone from that team might contact you by phone.

You have to send a private message to the Moderator_Team. There is no phone support for public mobile. Try your sim card in your phone to see if it works
