Im not out of data only used 3 gb. Iphone 14pro. I got new plan for mexico and worked great there. But past few days I cant get online. Trying to search when im out or check mail. Says server not responding. My wifi at home works. Any ideas??

It didnt have vpn on. But oddly enough the phone has been working. Now looking back it did have few problems connecting. The apple site i was on for the problem said shut VPN OFF. So far its working. I looked at my old phone i gave my husband and VPN is off, as well as older older phone i tested SIM on. But I may go and ask some wizards at cell stores today. I was hoping it wasnt public (but its telus so should be good) I have been raving to everyone having my phone work in mexico and USA (great for gps). Seems since we got back (saturday) phone ramped up connectivity issues. SO far it seems OK. Thanks everyone.

@tajiacat What did it say on the other phone you tested the sim on that worked ? I’d copy same settings as that phone

On iPhone there's no reason to play with apn settings. That isp one I think is for hotspotting anyway. iPhone doesn't let you modify the nitty gritty apn settings for regular data and MMS.

@Handy1 Does your iPhone say sp.mb.com? Mine always says isp.mb.com and it works fine despite the i. I assumed it was an iPhone thing.

VPN, i did some google work and said SHUT IT OFF. Well wasnt that easy. Kept re activating but finally youtube it and shut off. Seems ok so I shall see when Im out and about tomorrow.

@tajiacat Well you can try to reset settings no harm. You know what it should be (sp.mb.com) if that dosent work I’m afraid you just have to wait for support to refresh your account on the back end.

page went to "safari couldnt open the page because the server stopped responding".

It brought up one page. But it was sporadic today. So tried mail and banking and wont do it. But just got a text!

not sure where all that is. I did find cellular data APN isp.mb.com Then says user name and password and those are empty.

Well sim worked in other phone for internet!! Put sim back in my phone and wont load a page or check mail. What the heck is wrong??

@tajiacat While you wait for support can you try the SIM card in another phone if possible ? Is it physical sim ? Also you have cellular data turned on in phone settings ? Can slo try phone set to 4G/LTE or 5G and test al networks see if that makes any difference for you

Its a new to me phone, 1 month so maybe a setting? But it did work. Im not a teckie, stresses me out when computer or phone doesnt work.
