My payments history shows I switched to the 10GB plan 3 days ago, but my plans page shows my current plan as the 1GB plan. My usage is also showing I have only 1GB to use...what's happening? 
My 30-day plan was originally up on Aug 17 but I just changed my plan now. Will my rewards be applied on the 17th?
After 12:05pm PST today I haven't been able to receive any incoming texts or calls (going straight to voicemail). Is anyone else having this issue today?

For those in the West, there's a new flyer from London Drugs advertising a new promo. I just activated my account yesterday (ordered a SIM online and forked out the extra $10) and I'm now hitting myself for not doing this at LD!
