Extra charges from Public Mobile on my Credit card

once i had to cancel my credit card because there was a charge of 58.64 in month of April.

now three months later, i am charged again the same amount and i don't understand why. 

i have contacted my credit card provider and they ask me to contact Public Mobile.

What is this charge and i want it credited back to my account.
