cant make or receive calls

I cant make or receive calls since yesterday.When I'm trying to make a call it says: "you dont have an active long disatnce add on!!! and this call is not covered by your plan!"  I'm on Auto payment and I could call the same numbers every day.

US roaming did not work

Hi therewe bought the add-on for US roaming talk and text and it didn't work!!! We were only across the border for 2 days and we couldn't get it to work. Can you please refund the $15. This was for the time period of Sep 30-Oct 3. thank you!
