Trying to set up self-serve account for my son but when the phone number was enterec, it came up as invalid number or account already exists. Well, the number is correct and we haven't yet set up an account. Now what? Thanks in advance!

@SusieQ20 If you activated the account at a retail location you should be able to setup the account by registering for an account. (First time) Click here to register your selfserve account.
If you are getting an error make sure you are entering the correct number. Maybe have him call you from his phone to verify his number. Another possibility is that maybe the clerk at the retail location already setup an account.
If you are still having problems setting up the account submit a ticket to PM for help.

@SusieQ20 is his phone working properly? Did your son port a number? Or activate with a temporary cell phone number. Thanks. Go into his phone settings and find the number located there. And enter that 10 digit number without any spaces or dashes.
