Transfer of phone number - put in wrong account

Good afternoon,When trying to transfer my old number i put in the wrong account number? Public mobility said a customer agent would get to us but nobody contacted us to get the correct account number. How do I rectify that?

Unable to access rewards in App

Everything in the app is working great except I can’t seem to access the rewards section. It keeps trying to load and then eventually just gives a oopps technical errror message. Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it?

Unable to port my number over to Virgin mobile
