I am trying to make a broken phone insurance claim through my credit card and need proof that my phone was used with my public mobile account. Is there any way that I can get a document showing the IMEI of the device that was used with my account?
Thanks. The insurance says I need proof that the device was used with the plan that I am paying for with my credit card, so I was thinking this might be the best way to prove it. I will see if they require it and follow your suggestion if they do
