Ive been lock out. I have ticket and nothing. Im not sure if anything or anyone will help.So frustrating. E-sim locked with this code. How is possible. Ive sims never were like this.

Im confused ? So no one is going to help with a pin? So only solution is buy a new one ? Why cant i have a pin? They provide. Im confused what ?
