Ive been lock out. I have ticket and nothing. 

Im not sure if anything or anyone will help.

So frustrating.  E-sim locked with this code. How is possible. Ive sims never were like this.

Im confused ? So no one is going to help with a pin? So only solution is buy a new one ? Why cant i have a pin? They provide. Im confused what ?

the quickest way to resolve PUK issue with eSIM is to buy a new one. 

Login PM app  on your phone with Wifi, then go to Account->Purchase sim card and choose eSIM

if you cannot login the app or would like a PUK code, please ask PM.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

You've mentioned that you have a ticket, just to confirm the above is how you did it? On the weekends customer service is slow. Because this is a self serve service with no "instant" support, it make take up to 48 hours for them to respond. Just keep an eye on your community inbox.
