Looks Like Existing Customers Can Downgrade Now

For the longest time I was saying that you couldn't see cheaper plans or you couldn't access deals given to only new activations, but I checked today, and it seems like now you can. I had a good plan $34 for 15GB CAN/US, but now I can see plans for $30 for 30GB CAN/US/MEX and $29 for 20GB CAN/US/MEX. There is also a $35 for 100GB CAN/US/MEX plan which is pretty nice. So check your plans people.

We mentioned many times already, it is untrue that you cannot downgrade your plan.  It is, however, true that you might not have as many choices for download, but not totally impossible

However, if you are already have a $25 plan, you likely won't get cheaper plan to change to.   The $20 plan is strictly for new subscribers
