can you use the email to login My Account using a browser? Try it. For 2FA, click Didn't Receive code or Resend Code, then choose Send email to get the code via email. After you logged in, go to Profile -> Manage EverSafe ID and update phone number
or ask PM to help to update if you cannot login at all.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
