Hi

Today I received a bill from telus, my previous provider. Apparently my phone service was not transferred from telus to you as of  the 14 or 18 th of April.

Please contact Telus and get my services transferred. Please send me an email letting me know when you make the transfer, so I can expect a email or text from them, and I can confirm to them I agree with the transfer.

I have only 90 mins to confirm with them.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?

it is too late already, over a month

you need to login My Account and re-request porting.  Go to My Account, Profile and click Transfer phone number

you will then need to put your Telus sim back to the phone, wait for Telus to send you a text and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins
