Change a data add on plan

Does anyone know how to change a data add on plan from Us roaming to Normal Data ( canadian)I by mistake bought a us data roaming data now it not working i need to change it to normal data ? 

No incoming calls.

I can make calls but I haven’t been able to receive calls since switching to public mobile.
