Charged twice

Hello I was charged twice. Once on my old credit card and again and my new credit card. I changed my payment information days before the payment date. But I was still charged twice. Both charges are posted on my credit card account.

Why referral code is invalid?

Subscription payment

I activated my new subscription today, they charged me the monthly fee but in the app they are saying that my account need attention because the subscription is expired but I see the charge on my credit card

Lost my rewards.

Every month PM subtracts $7 from my bill,  $5 for loyalty rewards and $2 for autopay. This month I pay full price, no more rewards. Do they cancel rewards ?
