Data Usage Stats

Hi, Does anyone have an idea why the data usage displayed on the web portal (desktop) is displayed in 2 chunks of identical times for the same day? Please see the snapshot below, where I have highlighted the times in yellow colour.  Thanks

I subscribed to canada-us plan. It took 10 days for my physical sim to arrive. Then I activated it after a day. Question - when does my billing cycle start? Is it on the day I subscribed to the plan or the day I actually activated my physical sim?

Can’t purchase eSIM through app with US IPhone 15 Pro Max

I’m in the US and recently bought a iPhone 15 pro max. I’m trying to buy an eSIM through the app but it’s saying my phone is not eSIM compatible. Am I missing something? It’s a brand new iPhone and it’s already using an eSIM with AT&T.
