Plan not working

I recently changed a plan to $40 for 30days. But After i changed it and paid the $40 the plan didn’t work. I can’t make phone calls. Anyone had this issue before? How can this be resolved?

So I just signed up for the $25 plan here at Public Mobile and I thought I would at least know what the phone number calling me would be but, when I do get a call it just shows the number 999-999-9999, is this normal or is there something wrong?

I saw the annoucement said the plan will expire on Oct 6. so my question is if I have the $10 plan, I suspend my service on Oct 7, resume the service in Nov, Can I still get $10 plan? Thanks

Hi ive topped up my account, it shows active. I got the $40 plan, it shows I have a balance of $40.. says active, yet i can not use phone or text and says my next plan renewal is next month. That $40 was supposed to pay for this month service?
