Cant Call specific caller

Im trying To call my fathers phone number but when I call it thinks hes a long distance contact, I put the number 1 infront of his phone number just to make sure it was because of that but still hasnt worked.

My account invoice is $135.00 per month but my credit card payment came out at $137.76 which is exactly 2.05% more than it should have been.  Is there additional fees (taxes, etc.) that might have been added on that I don't know about?

I can't update my credit card information for autopay

I have a new credit card, but every time I try to update the autopay CC number, I can't. I go to the "payment" tab, and click on "remove autopay", but the cc information never gets removed. Am I doing something wrong?thx.
