I upgraded my plan a few months ago from the $25/ month to a $40/month plan however under "my account" it's showing as still being under the 25/month plan... I'm still being charged the 40 per month. Anyone know why?
Hello All, My very young brother in law received a new phone and is trying to activate a public mobile sim card. Now I believe everything has been registered and set up correctly however once they tried to start the phone and enter in the SIM network...
