Hello All,
My very young brother in law received a new phone and is trying to activate a public mobile sim card. Now I believe everything has been registered and set up correctly however once they tried to start the phone and enter in the SIM network number, they were locked out after 3 tries. Now they are being asked for a PUK number and have no idea what it is or where to find it... can anyone help with this?
