What is the story with not having the option to speak to a REAL person in "customer service"? The local gas stations told me the voucher system for PM was not operational and now I can't renew my account for the month. Can't seem to get anyone to act...

I noticed that I am now being charged a "PC PIN TRANS FEE" of $1 when purchasing my vouchers on top of tax at Petro-Canada. Do other retailers that sell PM vouchers doing this or is it just Petro-Canada? What other locations in Alberta sells PM vouch...
