It seems just about every time I go to check data usage on my plan it always comes up with the below message. This wasn't the case before Telus got their talons back into the mix. What's the scoop people?

Your probably looking at old cached information.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.   Try again.

The self service account page is finicky.  Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or even try a different device.
