Ok so I am new to Public Mobile, I first joined in Nov 1st. The first month I had public mobile I used no data. The second month (This month) I actually used all my data.
It says here I am supposed to get 75% and 95% data usage texts. BUT I had never got these.

Keep in mind I have the 2GB holiday data addon if that info is needed. Thanks!

Hi @Asher2
The system does add the total combined data available from both plan data + add-on data, then send the notifications when you're at the specified levels.
See this thread from awhile back (last reply at bottom by the OP) which seems to suggest that:
Solved: Data Add-On Usage SMS Notification? - Community (publicmobile.ca)
I checked with a known user who had added the More the Merrier. They confirmed they DID receive the 75% & 95% warnings when their combined data reached the respective levels, so it would seem it does include both plan included data + add-on data.

Hello @ShermanJ ,
Yes, many phones can be set to notify you about data limit warnings.
But note, Public Mobile is are 30-day plans (not monthly). So your renewal date will slightly vary on each renewal.
"Data Witness PM" app is available for android users that can accommodate the 30 day plans. I am not aware of one for IOS.

You can install a data usage tracking app if one isn't built into the iOS software. There's many to choose from. (If you use this sort of app then remember to reset the counter every time your plan renews. "30-day" plans and "monthly" plans are different more often than not.)

PM's 75%/95% usage notifications aren't reliable if you have any add-on data in addition to your plan data. It's been that way for years. The only workaround is to meter your data usage on the device or in Self-Serve (and when there's discrepancy, the numbers in Self-Serve are the ones which matter).

Hello @Asher2 ,
I think we both had this exact same question!
So if you have 1GB of data on your plan then 2GB as an addon, this means you have a total of 3GB.
Your 75% should notify you at the TOTAL GB that you currently have. So you should get a text at 2.25 GB of of you total 3GB.

Nope. Not on iPhone

I think most phones let you set a mobile data usage limit in settings, hope this helps.
