I have participated in the community forum, but I have not received any discounts this month. What is the reason?

I missed that part, but it is possible to receive bravos for posting messsages that simply make a statement without asking questions, and bravos can also be received for photos posted in a member's Community profile. However, I agree with you that simply looking at messages or logging in and letting the timer record someone being logged in for an extended period of time isn't going to to do anything.

You need to put in some work. Answer questions, maybe get some bravo's, maybe get your posts chosen as the solution. And here's the kicker...you need to do that each month. It's why there's the long-standing joke around here that it's more profitable to redeem bottle deposits. Or get paid for a couple hours work.
We do this because we like to be helpful. The reward is just a nice little somethin' somethin'.

Nothing is guaranteed. Public Mobile sets the amounts to pay out each month and decides who gets each amount baseed on comparisions from member to member.

it's been suggested that a person would be $$ ahead by collecting discarded beer bottles and pop bottles instead of relying on Community Rewards to pay down your PM plans.
Alternative...register your valid credit card or debit card and enable Autopay and you'll get $2 off your plan every time your plan renews. That's an EZ $2 right there.
See if any of your family or friends are interested in getting PM account. Using your referral code, they'll get a $10 credit on their account and you'll get $1 off your plan ever time it renews...as long as their plan stays active.
If you are willing to invest time in Community Forum...do some reading on what makes PM tick. If you are able to contribute to a positive resolution....you might even get a SOLUTION awarded to your answer.
It does take time, no doubt. Especially now with C19...everyone is just sitting around their computer waiting to answer a question.

You only made 14 posts total. That likely wouldn't qualify you for the lowest amount of $1.
You have to spend a few hours a week answering people's questions. Then when the month ends PM uses their secret formula and calculates who earned a reward for that month. Then around the 7th to 10th of the next month people that earned a reward will get a credit to their balance.
Start with the below and hope you stay. Although you can make more money returning cans to the grocery store lol.
Welcome to the community forums! Always nice to see someone new that wants to help out.
Start with the below link on how to navigate the forums.

Then start playing around in your self serve account to learn where everything is. Click this for that click this for this.
Then do the same in the help articles. Read this, read that, here this will help you for the potential person asking.
After that start reading posts on the forums of people's questions and see how members respond to them. Remember detailed informative posts are best.
Now you should start feeling comfortable with everything. So hop on the forums when you have free time and start answering people's questions when new question's are posted.
For your effort at the end of each month you may just earn a reward between $1 to $15 dollars. $20 is reserved for Oracle's.

@Finesse- One more thing to add is that the email address used for your community account must match the email address on your PM account (used for self serve), in order for any community reword to get posted to your account.

According to your date of registering with PM, Dec. 23/20, you have not been a member for 30 days yet.
The rewards get added to your next billing cycle. The Community Rewards usually appear on your SELF SERVE account the 6-9th of every month.

As you only created your Community account 3 days ago, you coudn't have yet earned a Commmunity reward.
