Suspended from account but $0 amount due

My account was suspended when it was the day it was supposed to renew. I set up auto-pay and the payment didn't go through, so I went onto my account and tried to pay again but it says "amount due: $0" and won't let me pay .. I'm waiting for a respon...

Resolved! Re: Old provider says port out not complete

Koodo advised that Public Mobile is responsible for the port out process which cancels the Koodo account. This was not done as they have my account active and will not let me cancel it. How does this get fixed?
