Missing Data and Phone Min's

Last Christmas Public Mobile offered and I received 1Gb of Data and I believe 500 min's of phone time which used under 100 of. They were carried forward until recently and now are not showing on my account. My question is where did they go?

Lost internet in Waterloo, ON

Today when I left for work I randomly lost all internet. I confirmed that I can still make a receive calls but no internet. I have double checked the APN, rebooted, removed the sim, etc but still nothing. The top still says 'no internet'/

Does Public mobile provide throttled data after using up the monthly data in the plan ? I know other carriers like Freedom, Chatr etc do give very slow data for checking emails etc.

Resolved! Unlimited data at low speed in Chatr, Lucky. Why not for us?

Chatr and Lucky both offer unlimited additional data at low speeds from their $25 plan. When you run out of data, having access to basic messaging etc. is priceless. I don't understand why Public Mobile doesn't provide this to us.
