I am signed up for autopay; but it says my service is suspended?How can I find out what is going on?   

Hi there,If you wish to pay for your bill WITHOUT any credit card at all, can this be done?Even it is means losing the $2 AutoPay reward, can Public be added as a payee via online banking and paid through that way?HELP!
