PM lowered price for 18GB/90 days?

I'm pretty sure the 15+3GB bonus plan used to be $225 per 90 days = $75 per month, but now when I go to the plans section it says $195 per 90 days =$65 per month. If auto-pay applies that's only $63 which is pretty good if you want 6GB. Edit..It's LT...
