I cannot make a local call. Says I need an addon..

It says I need a long distance plan when I try to call locally. "sorry we cannot complete your call. you don't have an active long distance addon..." I believe my plan has Ontario calling and is paid up and should be fully active.

My plan says my province wide Calling is expired.

My 12 gig data plan plus province wide calling in Alberta was active until today.  I could not make any outgoing calls this morning and when I checked my account it says my province wide calling it shows that it is expired.  How is this possible?
