Emergency email change

My boyfriend and I just set up accounts but in his email I missed a number without realizing. My VISA/DEBIT card is linked to his account and we need to fix his email immediately.

Wrong plan upon reactivation

 @Moderator_Team I tried to change my old $37 1 gb plan to the $40 for 4.5 gb promo upon reactivation of my plan, I was charged the equivalent amount for the $40 plan but given the $37 plan with $3 of credit in my account. please help!
