even i changed my plan why public mobile take 2 times payment from my autopay account? they cut 22.05 cad on 16th march and 23.10 cad and 26.25 cad on 18th of march. i changed my wife's plan also and her autopay is also from my account. why 3 payment...

Account suspended again

I bought a voucher on the day it was due about 1wk ago. Loaded it and the phone started working again. Now its suspended again telling me I have to pay again. What is going on?

Not recieving Incoming calls

I hooked up a friend yesterday and he cannot recieve incomig calls. It goes right to voicemail. He can receive and send text and can call out.  He used his same number he had before. And unlimited talk is included in package.

Autopay early
