Hi,
I previously have auto pay set up but a few weeks ago, I attempted to change the credit card. Not only I couldn't able to change my credit card, I now no longer able to add a credit card to my profile or make a simple payment. I searched the community and tried various solutions and none had work.
My current account status is: Plan expired. When I tried to make payment with my creidt cards (tried with numerous credit card), I get the following message:
Unable to Process Transaction Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
I've called my credit cards and they all confirmed I entered correct information and the problem is no on their end. Please help

something like rhis happened on sunday to a friend signing up. used my card instead cause we thi k if there isnt a sertin amount of free money left then the pay service thinks u cant afford to pay for your month of service then u either need to wait a few days after u have enough or change card/ and or payment type.

After contacting the mod, I realized that I did make a mistake on the address. However, I am sure I put in correct address info in previous attempt. But what I did different this time around is not to put in suite field. so instead of putting 15 in the suite field, I simply put 15 infront of the house number eg: 15-321312 and the payment went through

The voucher path is your best bet. Recharge.com or stores that have that gift card pinpad terminal. Then you can also use the 611 service to enter the voucher.
Adding the card needs to EXACTLY match that of the billing address of the card. No space in the postal code as well as the already mentioned unit # field.

@Limitvocab, adding a credit card can sometimes be tricky because of the quirks in the self serve portal. Try doing this in incognito mode. If there is an existing card in the system, remove it and then add the new one. When entering the address information, keep the suite number field blank.

Quickest solution is to buy a voucher from a retail location shell 7-11 or a retail partner. The other option is recharge.com
Then deal with cc issues.

The only way for your problem is to write a message to the moderator here....https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain what happened. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days. During the waiting you can buy voucher in a store near you or at recharge.com and you can also use the 611.
