MMS Won't Work, Tried Everything

Hey,I got a new phone, HUAWEI P30 Lite.  I did everything on the forum such as adding a new APN and writing exactly what you guys recommend.  I restarted the phone, I still can't send or receive mms messages.  I even did a reset for my network settin...

Hey all, I was referred by a friend for public mobile last week, I got into the deal and I got $25 in my account.  It's not there anymore. It was supposed to be applied for the first month's bill but its gone. Can someone help me?

Do I get charged for data over usage?

My parents sometimes forget to turn off data, if they go overboard, will they get charged extra or what will happen?  We are on the $25 plan unlimited with 1gb data.

Receiving calls from USA, India, (worldwide)

I live in Canada and reside here. If I get a call from the USA, India etc... will I get billed extra or is it covered under my plan? The plan would be the $25 plan unlimited canada-wide calling.
