What if I don’t renew my plan?

I got a sim to use while on holiday in Canada, I didn’t select auto top-up. So what happens after my plan expires?  How long can the sim be dormant? If I top up next time I visit (June 2019) will it work or will I need a new SIM?

No service and can't pay to restart my phone

I want to pay my monthly fees but i can't call *611 because my phone has no bars and when I tried the customer service number from my land line it didn't recognize my public mobile number when I typed it in. I just wan to pay my bill.

The Mobile Shop in local Loblaws
