I cannot call with my phone anymore and It says unable to connect to mobile service. I payed the fees. I do not understand why I cannot call anymore eventhough I PAY every month. Do I need to change a new SIM card??? Please help

Log into self serve and check out your payment history. Did you go with autopay?
when was the last time your plan was renewed?
