I keep getting the following error when trying to view my account details. Tried logout and log back in, and tried private browsing mode, didn't solve

It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
I want to know what long distance options I have on my current account.

I am not sure if you were able to fix your problem, but it seems there is something wrong with your account information. Just message the moderators to help you with that. I had th same problem and they weer able to fix it. Wish you all the best.
