I ported my number over yesterday and it seemed to be successful at first (I can call, receive calls and data all working). However, text messages (both incoming and outgoing) do not work. I have restarted the phone and retried various times.
Trying the community because submitting a ticket seems to go into the ether (didn't work at all yesterday and today it seemingly worked but I see nothing when I click the link to view details about the submitted ticket).

I feel like a broken record as Public Mobile should be posting a "Sticky" about this ongoing issue in the Get Support section.
Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS on Android and iMessages and FaceTime and such. There is no ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

hi @wabertanamof PM has trouble with setting up text function with new account. But ask support agent and they can help
