Hi,
My account was locked and deactivated due to 2FA. I am able to recover my account with new password but I am unable to fully login and view my accounts details or change plans etc.
Could someone please help me in resolving this issue?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to request password reset and login

you used the word "deactivated"...did you mean it was Suspended or was it really deactivated ? If deactivated, you now need a new sim to start a new acct.
