Port a number from freephoneline.ca to Public Mobile

I ported my number from freephoneline to Public Mobile. However it can only do call out + SMS in. It cannot send out SMS and if you call the number, still goes to freephonline.ca. Any one has any idea?

This came out of a discussion with @LEGO @RobertQc @will13am  I think pm should allow users to have custom avatars. If they are worried about the images then allow them after users have reached a certain level (posts or Bravo's etc)
