When "disabled" gets displayed, this specifically means that the account is locked out and that the password reset option will not work. As people have been mentioning, this can be because of a secuirty trigger or because the account has been closed.

@11 If your account is active and your account login is not allowing you access your account it could be your device. Clear your browser. Reboot device. Open only one tab using secret/incognito mode in Firefox or chrome or safari. Try logging into your account.

Has your account be inactive longer then 90days?
If yes, your account is deleted and you would need a new account with new sim and new email address.
If no, follow the above post and contact moderators.
