Resolved! Paid amount due - service still expired?

My plan expired a week ago and I just now paid the amount to have it reinstated. There's still no service on my phone and when I log in it shows plan still expired. My payment has posted as it shows the amount in available credit. Any idea?

Resolved! question about $15 plan

$15 plan says 100 minutes canada wide and unlimited incoming calls. Does that mean that minutes are only deducted from 100 minutes for out going calls?

Bring back GPRS/EDGE signal

Dear Public Mobile, GPRS/2G might be already outdated.But honestly GPRS/2G signal (still) have much better quality for calling and text (mostly no call drop). Would you mind consider to bring back that GPRS/2G signal?
